Op 3 februari j.l. hebben wij een gemeentelijk monument met een oppervlakte van 400 m2 aangekocht in Veendam. SBT Vastgoed is gespecialiseerd in de restauratie van monumentale panden. De komende maanden ondergaat de binnenkant een grote renovatie, terwijl de voorgevel zijn karakteristieke aanblik blijft behouden.

Vandaag hebben we een karakteristieke smederij (uit 1908) in Ven-Zelderheide aangekocht. Dit unieke pand ondergaat de aankomende maanden een renovatie tot woonhuis met behoud van zijn kenmerken en geschiedenis.
